Today we are in the Amberfield community of Gaithersburg, MD. This vibrant family friendly 394 townhome community is located between Muddy Branch Ave. and Great Seneca Hwy.

In the last quarter of 2017, the sales prices in Amberfield were between $415,000 - $433,000. 

Amberfield community is about 5 miles from the Red Line Metro at Shady Grove station. 

The community has amenities such a swimming pool, tennis courts, and tot lots. There is easy access to shopping and dining at Muddy Branch Square. 
You can easily walk to Starbucks inside that shopping square.
Amberfield is also very close to the new Crown Farm area and Washingtonian Rio Center. 

The homes were built in the 1980s and the living square footage of the homes in Amberfield range from 1320-1532.
In 2017, the monthly HOA fee was $65.00. 

The local schools are Fields Road Elementary School, Ridgeview Middle School, and Quince Orchard High School.
